Senior UX Writer. (Recovering Neuroscientist).

I’m currently a Senior UX Writer at Tide, helping business owners navigate the complexities of banking and admin without losing their minds.

Before I worked in tech, I studied neuroscience. It made me curious about what happens when people are stressed, distracted, or trying to understand something they never wanted to learn. I bring that curiosity into my work: reducing cognitive load and giving people the right information at the right moment.

I’m happiest when a problem is messy and nobody quite agrees on how to explain it. I bring the right people together, ask the awkward questions, and help us find a way through that works for actual human beings. Sometimes that means rewriting a screen. Often, it means helping the whole team see the problem differently.

When I’m not arguing with stakeholders about legal copy (I’m right), I’m usually reading or halfway up a climbing wall.
